GREAT week of ministry!!!

We have lead the service and Sunday school for Galway City Baptist church, held a carnival for the kiddos in the Naknaccara (not correct spelling) area, held a conference for the parents and couple in the community and held a 3D night of pizza, fellowship, the Adjustment Bureau and discussion for the University students. That one was my favorite! I got to know some of the students my age. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the 3D night :(

Now we are getting ready to leave for the retreat in Athlone, Ireland (right smack in the middle of Ireland) PLEASE!!!!!! PRAY FOR US AT THE RETREAT!!!! We will have 115 people, 50 of which will be kids...ahhhhhhhh!!! PLEASE PRAY FOR US!!!!!!

Kylemore Abby, Aughnanure Castle and Connemara country side

On Tuseday we went to the northern part of Galway County called Connemara and went to the Aughnanure Castle built by the O'Flahertys and the Kylemore Abby. It was SOOO pretty! Most of Connemara is brown, so its not exactly your typlical Irish picture, but it is still beautiful!

Tour day: Cliffs of Moher

 So today we took a tour of the Cliffs of Moher on the west cost of Ireland, in County Claire. It was a BEAUTIFUL day! No wind or rain while we were at the Cliffs. Last year it was VERY windy and rained a little.

There is a little castle or look out point by the cliffs and last year no body went up there, but this year Meaghan and I did and this was the view! So worth 2 euro!!

CANDY, GAMES & 115 PEOPLE!!!!!!

We had an awesome Carnival!! We had food, games, bounce houses, candy and 115 PEOPLE!!!! We were expecting about 60 maybe 80, but were very excited at the final count of 115!!

IRELAND!

Hey everyone!!

Thank you so much for ALL the prayers! We got to Ireland safely with no issues, except for Nate who was flying separately from us (lives in Missouri) and had flight delay in NJ so he will be arriving at 6amish tomorrow.

Please pray for no rain tomorrow. We are having our "fall festival" they call it carnival tomorrow and we would LOVE to put up our bounce houses out side so the community will see them and come on over. If it does rain, we will put everything in the school where we had VBS last year.

PRAY PRAY PRAY

Here is a list of things to be praying for as our week goes on during the trip!

• We leave on Thursday the 20th so please pray for travel safety as we fly for about 8-10 hours
• safety as we drive after a LOOONG flight and not to mention the WRONG side of the road.
• carnival prep. we will start preping for this within hours of getting to Ireland, because it is the next day.
• that lots of people from the community would attend :)
• that God would open the ears and hearts of the people that attend church Sunday that they would listen to what Charlton has to say. and that we would teach would be able to teach the kiddos :D
• Monday and Tuseday are tourism days. Pray for travel safety for where we may end up and that wouldnt run into a wall looking at geese LOL(it almost happened last year ;])
• Wednesday is our marrige/family conference and we pray that LOTS of people from the community come to it.
• Thursday is the 3D night with the local college students. We are watching the Adjustment Bureau, so we pray for a great thought provoking discussion!
• Friday is our 2nd annual Family Retreat for Galway City Baptist Church and we pray that everything goes well. The theme is "Loving One Another" and Paws and Tales for the kids. This is ALWAYS so much fun! We get a lot of time to build relationships with the people and I LOVE IT!!!
• And then safety as we travel back. Last year we were in a car wreak as we were driving to the airport. so PLEASE pray for safety

3 DAYS!!!

I raised all my money and I leave on THURSDAY!!!!!!!

AHHHHHHHHHHH I CAN'T WAIT!!!!! We have our last prep meeting tonight!!!
